| May 1 - 3 | Quincy Area Chamber Of Commerce Hog Wood Days at the Dogwood Days Festival in beautiful historic downtown Quincy, Illinois. Carve and sell event with an auction on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. |
| July 22 - 26 | The Great Jones County Fair - Monticello, Iowa - 6 artists Pro carving competition. Carving auction Saturday and Sunday. Check the fair website for schedule. Saturday afternoon will also host a professional Rail Splitting Competition. |

| September 25 - 27 | City of Hackensack, Minnesota - LogHoggers will be hosting the 5th Annual Hackensack National Chainsaw Sculpting Invitational Competition in Hackensack, Minnesota. This year's event will feature 6 professional competitive artists from across the country and a few guest artists as well. $12,000 in prize money plus percentage. Competitor spots are all full.
